Emergent Construction is wholly owned by Don Ajamian, a 40-year California licensed General Contractor.  Emergent construction is the first builder to receive California building code approved permits for on-site concrete 3D printed homes.  We have since built 7 concrete homes throughout the state and are available for rebuilding in Altadena.

Born and raised in Altadena, Don lived his first 27 years right here.  "Helping rebuild my hometown is why I am back."
