For the past seven years, I’ve been fully immersed in the residential construction and design-build world — managing projects, coordinating design teams, working directly with homeowners, and solving real field conditions every single day. My experience spans new -rebuilds, ADUs, additions, whole-home remodels, garage conversions,, and complex permit pipelines across dozens of cities in Los Angeles County.

I spent years on job sites learning how things actually get built: framing, foundation work, utilities, inspections, and all the small details that separate an average job from a great one. I’ve managed crews, collaborated with architects and engineers, negotiated with subcontractors, and navigated city building departments to get projects approved and across the finish line.

That real-world experience is what allows me to run projects the right way — with clarity, efficiency, and accountability. Homeowners trust me because I communicate clearly, set realistic expectations, and keep projects organized from day one.
