To the Action Altadena Builder Review Committee,

We are writing to introduce Integrity Custom Built and to respectfully request consideration for inclusion in the Action Altadena builder network. We are an authorized dealer for Clayton Homes and Champion Homes, and an authorized builder using SteelBiltt cold-formed steel construction — operating two sales centers in Altadena, in the zip codes most heavily impacted by the Eaton Fire. We are not arriving in response to this disaster. We were already here, and we are already rebuilding for Altadena families.

Our founder, Chris Bridgeford, has spent nearly five decades in construction. He started at 16 pouring concrete in Nebraska, served in the military at 17, and went on to build 12 Home Depot stores across five states, military housing at two Air Force bases, and major commercial projects across the Mountain West. After Hurricane Katrina, he spent five years rebuilding New Orleans using modular construction. After the Marshall Fire in Colorado, he was on the ground doing foundation and excavation work for displaced families — and it was that recovery work that led directly to Altadena, where he was called to help rebuild five homes for Eaton Fire victims. He did not stop at five.

Integrity Custom Built offers Altadena homeowners three distinct construction product lines: factory-built homes through Clayton Homes and Champion Homes, and cold-formed steel construction through SteelBiltt — a Utah-based, ICC-certified manufacturer whose steel framing is non-combustible, fire-resistant, and impervious to the rot and termites that follow disaster sites. A SteelBiltt ADU model is being installed at one of our Altadena sales centers within the next two weeks. Model homes for Clayton and Champion are expected to be open for walk-through within 45 days. Foundation and site work — poured foundations, PT slabs, flatwork, sitework, and excavation — is handled by our affiliated company, Integrity Concrete & Foundations, LLC (CA Lic #1150717). One team, one license, one point of accountability from the ground up.

Within the next 30 days, we are submitting plans for 5 primary homes and 4 ADUs to LA County's Pre-Approved Standard Plan Pilot Program for Eaton Fire rebuilds. Once accepted, these plans skip the standard plan-check process — allowing homeowners to move from signed contract to permit in days rather than months.

Altadena families do not just need builders. They need builders they can trust — who understand what has been lost, who are already present in the community, and who will guide them through the most important financial decisions of their recovery with clarity and care. That is what we are here to do.
