Horacio Medina- Founder & CEO,

started working as a carpenter with his father at age 16 in the early 2000's building custom homes in the San Gabriel Valley. He became a foreman by age 30 and a superintendent for one of the largest General Contractors in the nation by age 38. In 2025 he became a licensed contractor under Medinas Building LLC. His experience includes working on many award winning projects for multiple High-Rise buildings in downtown LA, Hollywood, Westwood, San Bernardino and more. He has also worked on hospitals, schools, courthouses, theme parks, custom homes, retail stores and more. He is currently focused on making Medinas Building one of the most respected and highly regarded General Contractors in Southern California.

I grew up in Azusa. I worked with my dad Framing custom homes in Altadena during the late 90's-early 2000's. It would be a an honor and privilege to be part of this rebuild in Altadena.
