About
Hello - My name is Patrice Quishenberry and I have been a licensed real estate professional for 33 years. I started my career at Jim Dickson and then Fred Sands in Pasadena for the first 8 years of my career. My focus then moved to the new home industry where I have worked in sales, management and outreach for many builders such as: DR Horton, Western Pacific Housing, ETCO Homes, The New Home Company- to name a few. My parents purchased our Altadena Home in 1974 when I was 5. My dad still resides in our family home. Well, he is not living there at the moment due to the smoke damage which we are working to remediate. I have worked for Williams Homes for about a decade and we have re-launched our Rebuild Division to offer our services to the residents affected by the devastating wildfires in Pacific Palisades and Altadena and Pasadena. (Unfortunately, Williams Homes has experience with wildfire rebuild because we had to rebuild one of our new home communities that was affected by the Thomas Fires a few years ago. That is when we launched Rebuild Ventura where we were successful in assisting a few dozen homeowners with rebuilding their homes). My focus is outreach for assisting in the rebuild efforts for Altadena because this is where I grew up. Altadena is where my husband grew up and where we purchased our first home to raise our son. We are all products of PUSD and have very strong ties in the community. (At one point in time, my husband and I owned Park Bench Deli on Lake). Rebuilding and re-establishing the character and integrity of my hometown is of the most importance to me and my family and my builder. At Williams Rebuild - we offer a one stop shop for people, meaning that we have all of the sub-contractors, vendors, designers, architects, engineers and so-on to build homes because building homes is what we do on a a daily basis. Our team has worked with us for 25 years and are ready, willing and able to offer their services. There is so much more that I can say and welcome the opportunity to do so.
Thank you for the opportunity to help.
Take care.
